We had another garage door repairman from a different company that came a two day earlier. He spent a total of 30 seconds on- site with no inspection and said we needed a new motor. He was asked to leave. Precision did a thorough inspection and offered 4 reasons why my garage door would mysteriously open by itself. We decided to do the least expensive fix to see if it would rectify the situation. If it doesn't work out at least I know what my alternatives are and the cost. It couldn't have gone any better.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I called in the morning and Service was arranged for the same afternoon. The technician was going to be late so they sent out another technician in a timely manner. I had a 20 year-old garage door opener that had never been serviced, as my son said it was old and crotchety like me. There was no attempt to upsell me. The garage door was replaced. The springs were fine and the replacement was done in an efficient and timely manner. My next-door neighbor had recommended precision and I am so glad they did. I would do the same for anybody that is looking for a recommendation, I highly recommend precision garage doors. Obviously, I could not be more pleased with the service and courtesy and professionalism of the technician Mike.

We can't say enough good things about this company. The springs on our garage door broke on a Sunday morning. We got a call back from Precision that same day! We were kept in the loop until Brian the technician came the following day. He was awesome! The work was done perfectly and at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Very disappointed, used them once before and was very pleased back in 2020 had a complete new opener installed less then 600. Today wanted spring and cables replaced maybe maximum 100. In materials, they quoted $925 plus tax ???? I’m not seeing how that’s helping by such an outrageous price on a repair I can buy a new garage door complete cheaper, needless to say I wish them luck but will never use them again. Just another company that does not value the customer other then reaching deep into their pockets, 5 minutes here cost me 105 for a service charge ???? how pathetic is that

Jay was in and out quickly. He was courteous and experienced. He ascertained the problem immediately and fixed it. The response by Precision and the professionalism displayed by Jay had me call to request an estimate on my 18 yr old door which is workable, but has issues. The only criticism I can make is they didn’t get the number off the motor for me. I had knee surgery so ladders are difficult at the moment. The guy’s were great in all else !
