The level of service I received from Precision was simply outstanding! I called for service around 10 AM for a problem I was having with the garage door. The door would neither raise nor lower, so after performing some basic troubleshooting attempts and disconnecting the door from the track myself, I called Precision. My house is only a year and a half old and you would not think there would be an issue with the garage door so soon. The Precision dispatcher advised that a technician would arrive between noon and four PM. At about 12:15, I received a call from our technician Brian saying he would be arriving in 15 minutes or so. So when Brian arrived, we spoke about what the problem was, he then surveyed the situation and promptly began repairs which he saw as excessive play in the track chain which was hanging up the opener's sensor from performing properly. Sure enough, that was the problem. Some minor adjustment to take up excessive slack in the chain, several test runs and a lubrication and we were back in business. I can't offer enough positives about our technician Brian! He was extremely personable, extremely knowledgeable, offered some helpful suggestions, and is a true asset to the Precision team!! The entire problem was diagnosed and resolved in less than half an hour. Thanks again to Brian and the entire very professional Precision team. I will certainly recommend you to anyone I can.

Precision is a highly professional company with employees who are dedicated to providing great service to its customers. We met with Jim Dean at our home to discuss buying new garage doors. He was extremely patient and pleasant answering every one of our questions. As a person who has worked on garage doors for 18 years, he knows the garage business inside and out. Also, when we sent an email asking for some minor clarifications, the staff in the office got back to us right away (on a Saturday morning!) We received a detailed invoice and paperwork listing all of the info about our particular doors. Needless to say we were very pleased with our interactions with Precision.

Bobby was at my house for two other big jobs in the last year. Made a call to the office on Thursday 12/19/2024 at 1 pm. The very friendly lady listened to my concerns and said Bobby will be out to my house the next day between 11am to 2pm. Bobby called me to let me know he was on his way to my house. Bobby changed the sensor which was not working properly. He is an amazing friendly young gentleman who always does the job correctly. I cannot say enough about my Precision experience. I called service, was given a time frame and Brian, the service tech called and came an hour before the assigned time. He reviewed the problem, explained it to me and advised me THAT I WAS COVERED UNDER A WARRANTY I had not idea I had. The professionalism of the tech and the company as a whole is one that could be a model for all franchise commpany's. They live up to their name "Precision." Outstanding!!!

We needed to get our garage door repaired. I found several recommendations for Precision with very good results. We called and were given a timeframe. The technician was running behind and we were contacted to let us know that. Then we received a call when he was on his way. Brian was so easy to work with and offered us options. We had no idea the repair would be done that evening. The work was completed as described and neatly. It was a great experience. Highly recommend!!
