Making appointment for service was easy, customer service Reps were very accommodating.The Service Tech called before arriving and was very professional and explained everything from repair to finial cost. Precision made my first replacement garage door approx 15 years ago was good then service is even better now.

I can't remember the mans name but he was wonderful. Explained everything that I needed to know. Most of all I was very impressed with a phone call to say that he would be there within 20 minutes and he was. I would rate him 5 star

Firstly, I called early, at 7:30 AM. A young lady answered the phone, took my information, gave me an appointment time slot for the arrival of Gary the technician. She told me he would call when he was on his way. Well, he called when he was on his way and when he arrived. Introduced himself, Discovered the problem, informed me how he would go about replacing the springs. I returned to the garage when work was completed only to find a swift and complete job AND he even swept out-the leaves that were blown into the garage! Thank you, Gary.
