Five stars! the girl that I spoke with on the phone was s helpful, and the tech that came to house house was super! Both individuals were very polite and caring when I told them the reason for my call was that I was afraid the door opene motor was going to fall on my car!!!! The tech promptly fixed the issue and checked all of the other parts. Thank you so very much, Kudos to both!!! Will definitely recommend to others.

I called Precision at about 11:00am, and they were going to send someone the same day! I was at work so I asked if it could be tomorrow. They sent someone first thing in the morning! That's service!
