Fast and reliable service! I have used Precision to fix my garage doors for over 20 years and never a complaint. Spring broke yesterday and he was here next day. Everything was explained clearly and work was done well.

My garage door came off track and was stuck in an open position. I called Precision Door Service within minutes of it happening. Within 90 minutes of my phone call technician Brian Ford Jr showed up. He put me completely at ease and had my garage door back on track and functioning in less than 30 minutes. He also helped me reset my garage door keypad that wasn't working, and showed me how to reactivate it if an electric outage occurred and turned it off again. Brian also shared some ideas with me to make it easier to open and close the garage door in my detached garage from inside my house. I can not say enough about the wonderful quick and efficient service I received from Precision Door Service and especially from their technician Brian Ford Jr.

We had Brian the younger come to repair a recurring problem with the garage door that was installed a year and a half ago. One of the rollers keeps dislodging from the rail. He had been here before and was very helpful and honest. He reset the mechanism and told us that if it happened again to call back for a further adjustment. Hopefully, that will not be necessary, although this is the third time we have needed help with the same problem. The company has been very coopoerative in extending our warranty for this recurring problem, and we remain loyal customers.

Called for a repair. Mike came and tried to repair our old opener. Unfortunately we needed a new one. Mike installed the new opener. It was quick and easy. Everything was programmed and works perfectly. This new opener is much quieter and smoother than the old one. Nice Job Mike!!

Called them after hours on December 23rd and they still had a technician out here the next day (Christmas Eve). He was able to get our door back on track and order a new part for us. Cody (pretty sure that was his name) was personable and professional. So glad we called them!

Bobby was at my house for two other big jobs in the last year. Made a call to the office on Thursday 12/19/2024 at 1 pm. The very friendly lady listened to my concerns and said Bobby will be out to my house the next day between 11am to 2pm. Bobby called me to let me know he was on his way to my house. Bobby changed the sensor which was not working properly. He is an amazing friendly young gentleman who always does the job correctly. Steve Posner did an excellent job. I had purchased two garage door remotes and while trying to program them, they wiped out the programming in the opener mechanism, and the other remotes that had been working no longer worked. Steve reprogrammed (using the Learn button) my other remotes. I now have several working remotes. All along the process, Steve explained what happened and explained what he was doing. He gave excellent service.

Excellent experience. Setting up an appointment was easy. Called in the afternoon and Precision could have come out next day if I wanted it. Technician arrived timely. Brian was knowledgeable and took the time to explain options; including what were the necessary fixes and those that were optional. And outlined the cost associated with each item/step in the process. Repairs included: new springs, cables, rollers, safety cable, adjustment to garage door opener and insulation replacement. When done with the repairs garage door worked like it was brand new. Highly recommend. Five stars.

It was such a relief to have our door fixed on a freezing Saturday on short notice. Hello, Good morning, Mike was as polite and professional as can be, from his work ethic to his personality, it was clear to me that he was the right guy to work on my garage door. I thought he was terrific in every way. Keep him employed always. I thanked him for his Military service of which he did not tell me but I asked if he was in the military and his answer was yes, I asked what branch and he said I’m a Marine. I love it. The Technician Michael Solis was excellent and efficient. My only concern is the price, which I thought was too high. When I compared the price of the parts on the web, the price should have been in the $300 range. I have used your company in the past for both of my houses. I my have to shop around in the future.
