The main spring of my garage door snapped. I called Precision and they responded immediately. The service person, A J Kok, looked over the problem and suggested a few options. In about 45 minutes the main spring assembly was removed and replaced. The garage door works better than it ever has A. J. was very courteous and professional AND an extremely NICE guy! If anyone has a garage door problem, I strongly recommend Presision.

Called Precision when my wires came off the track. I had used them before and found them to be very knowledgeable, courteous and fairly priced. They were very helpful on the phone. Got an appointment for the next day. Called to let me know they were on the way. Diagnosed the problem and gave me options. My technician Bobby was very thorough and explained everything very well.
