The repair service was timely, and performed well. While I recognize the need for all businesses to cover costs and return a profit, at $400.00 ($399.84 to be precise) I thought the price was a bit steep for the 1/2 of work replacing the spring but overall I am satisfied.

My car rolled into my two year old garage door and damaged it. I thought I would have to replace parts of it. I called Precision and the next day there was a technician here who was able to repair the damages. I could not hope for such great results.

Gary Lewis was a real pleasure to work with. He kept me informed while he tested the old keypad and explained the installation of the new keypad. He also took me on a tour of the 25 point inspection explaining the garage door parts as he went along. I have been a satisfied customer for 11 years. Gary Lewis really enjoys interacting with his customers and that came through during his visit to my home. Very satisfied and he deserves a 5 star rating.
