Steve Posner did an excellent job. I had purchased two garage door remotes and while trying to program them, they wiped out the programming in the opener mechanism, and the other remotes that had been working no longer worked. Steve reprogrammed (using the Learn button) my other remotes. I now have several working remotes. All along the process, Steve explained what happened and explained what he was doing. He gave excellent service.

They showed up as promised and on time.... Mike the technician was fully prepared to do whatever was necessary to get the job done (and THAT is why you always hire a veteran). Straightforward and honest, he told us what needed to be done without any pressure and once we agreed he went right about correcting several issues. Checked our other door and suggested we hold off for now as it wasn't quite ready for maintenance. And when it comes time for that maintenance work you know who I am going to call. Overall-Prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable!!! I called about 2:30 pm on Wednesday to advise our garage door was broken. They Scheduled me for the next day (between 1-4pm). I received a courtesy call about 3:30 alerting me that Brian was running late and it would be at least 5:00. Brian arrived at about 5:30. He explained what was wrong with the door, and gave an estimate range explaining what needed to be replaced, along with recommendations of additional repairs (only 1 spring was broken but he recommended replacing both which I agreed). He explained what he was doing as he worked. He did not rush even though it was late. He did a complete evaluation of the door and all working parts. He lubricated all parts. He was very thorough and we were very satisfied.

My garage door broke on a Sunday and they were so helpful about getting someone out so I wouldn’t have to worry about leaving the door open . I called at 145 and was told they would have someone out between 4 & 7 and was I was so happy I could have it looked at today. BUT when Cody called and said he was 20 minutes away at 2:40 I was ecstatic because it would be fixed early. Cody was super professional and courteous and explained everything to me and I am NOT even remotely mechanically inclined so I was very grateful for that . Outstanding service from the initial phone call to the repair. Will 100% recommend you guys ! Thank you so much again !
