They showed up as promised and on time.... Mike the technician was fully prepared to do whatever was necessary to get the job done (and THAT is why you always hire a veteran). Straightforward and honest, he told us what needed to be done without any pressure and once we agreed he went right about correcting several issues. Checked our other door and suggested we hold off for now as it wasn't quite ready for maintenance. And when it comes time for that maintenance work you know who I am going to call. These guys are top shelf, and I would HIGHLY recommend them as a trustworthy, professional and courteous contractor. BRAVO ZULU to Precision Door (ask a veteran - they'll tell you want that means!!!) Cody was wonderful! We just bought an older condo with two very old openers that concerned us. Cody was honest and efficient, giving us exactly what we needed to put our minds at ease. He was great! So glad we found you guys and appreciate you coming out on such a last minute request!

Overall-Prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable!!! I called about 2:30 pm on Wednesday to advise our garage door was broken. They Scheduled me for the next day (between 1-4pm). I received a courtesy call about 3:30 alerting me that Brian was running late and it would be at least 5:00. Brian arrived at about 5:30. He explained what was wrong with the door, and gave an estimate range explaining what needed to be replaced, along with recommendations of additional repairs (only 1 spring was broken but he recommended replacing both which I agreed). He explained what he was doing as he worked. He did not rush even though it was late. He did a complete evaluation of the door and all working parts. He lubricated all parts. He was very thorough and we were very satisfied.

My garage door broke on a Sunday and they were so helpful about getting someone out so I wouldn’t have to worry about leaving the door open . I called at 145 and was told they would have someone out between 4 & 7 and was I was so happy I could have it looked at today. BUT when Cody called and said he was 20 minutes away at 2:40 I was ecstatic because it would be fixed early. Cody was super professional and courteous and explained everything to me and I am NOT even remotely mechanically inclined so I was very grateful for that . Outstanding service from the initial phone call to the repair. Will 100% recommend you guys ! Thank you so much again !

Had an issue with my garage door first thing in the morning, called precision door, they showed up in the time window they promised, got their work done immediately, and then they were on their way. Super professional and very courteous! I will definitely recommend them in the future! Cody the installer was a good guy!

Of course, an urgent situation and the girl on the phone tried to accommodate me ASAP (very friendly, nice, professional). Technician came promptly and explained everything thoroughly. He had all the needed parts so was able to complete the job at the time. He represented the company well and was proud of the company he worked for. My only problem was I did not have time to fill out this card at the time of service and I promised him I would do it the next day (which I didn't), but do tell him I finally did. I am glad I chose Precision to do the job.

I had occasion to use Precision to repair my garage door 2 years ago and was very impressed with their overall performance. I found the office staff to be very friendly and helpful and the response time is spot on. I was fortunate to get Jim as my garage door technician the first time I used Precision and I was so impressed with his performance that I have requested him whenever I need service. Not only is he very knowledgable but he knows how to treat his customers. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone in the market for a new garage door or repairs.
