Review:

Yesterday my garage door started grinding as it opened. I called precision immediately and told them myproblem. The office made an appointment the next day and sent the same installer who did the initial job. He arrived 2 hours early than the appointment was scheduled for replaced two bars that were causing the noise and was finished in 20 minutes and no charge. What i company. I have used them for over 15 years and they are always responsive and do great work. I reccomend them if you are looking to put in or replace garage doors or openers you wont be disappointed.

First class operation. Excellent service from the first phone call to completion of the installation. The office scheduler was courteous and efficient. Was pleased to be able to schedule an appointment so quickly. The technician Bobby, was a pleasure. He called prior to arrival. He gave us an honest estimate without sales pressure. He completed the installation in a timely manner. He gave a thorough explanation of the operation of the remotes and keypad. He left the job site clean. He is an asset to the company!!

Generally pleased with your service. However, when I called for service I think it would have been nice to do some basic troubleshooting over the telephone. It turns out the electric eye was misaligned and a diagnostic was shown on the opener. I was never informed of this when the door opener was installed in 2012. The service call was unnecessary. But, the Technician was very polite and helpful
