Steve Posner came to my house to replace my Keyboard Door Opener. He was professional, friendly and taught me things I needed to know. He is a GEM to be had by Precision and I Thanked him for all his assistance. In the future, I will always use Precision and insist on Steve Posner for my service.

Steve was great! He called ahead of time to let us know when he would be arriving and was right on time. He was was able to figure out the problem with our garage door right away. He had all of the parts necessary and got the job done in a timely fashion. Steve saved the day for us! The woman who booked the appointment was also so helpful and very friendly!

My first intro to see if I would have Precision was the phone conversation with CHRIS, who is the very best person to initially represent Precision. She was patient, friendly, professional and because of her expertise, I had Steven Posner come to my home and evaluate my issues. He was patient, informative and professional and I would never have another rep or another company service my garage door Bravo to the people who hired both Steve and Chris, PRECISION now has a loyal customer.
