The Service Tech Joe repaired my existing door and installed a new motor. Joe went over the installation and I ordered a new door which will take a couple of weeks to arrive. Joe explained everything in detail and I am very happy with the service and response time.

Great job from start to finish . They made replacing my garage door easy . The price was reasonable too. Just about two weeks to order and complete. Both Technicians were knowledgeable and polite. Connor came in the snow and installed the door today and he did a great job. The door looks really nice, so much better than the old one .

Everything about the process was - the scheduler was clear about timing and broad estimated costs, the tech called ahead, was on time, was very polite, finished the job quickly, and explained everything. Precision door put my new garage door in 8 years ago, I never had an issue….well 8 years later my spring needed to be changed and I Thank God I was still in their system, they sent out one of their guys “Bobby” who could not have been any nicer, very polite and professional. Precision Garage door service did an outstanding job. When I called them to have my garage door spring replaced the technician were here the following day. The technician, Bobby Sanborn was very professional and courteous, he worked quickly and also noticed that my garage door cables were beginning to fray. My garage door spring broke this morning. It’s a double door so it took three of us to get it up so we could get the car out. I called you all, and within five minutes I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon of the same day. The tech that came, Mike was professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to do. Gave me a quote, started the job, and within an hour he was finished. excellent service. I would highly recommend your company. I was unable to open my garage door and called Precision and they sent someone out right away...so surprised at the quick service! He fixed the door and noticed my sensor light was not working, so fixed that as well. Very courteous and professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them!!

After doing a small repair, the service person promised a 5 year warranty but failed to provide a receipt saying specifically “5 year Warranty”! I’ve been repeatedly asking for that receipt with the five year warranty on it. I’ve received three duplicate receipts, saying nothing about a five year warranty. The office staff and the installer have been passing. The book back-and-forth To me, This is unacceptable.

Love you guys. Service is dependable and usually the next day. The person making the appointment is friendly and courteous. This is the only company I use. I never had to have a garage door serviced before. I searched in google and found Precision Door Service. I was very impressed with Bobb Sanborn. He knew what he was doing. He showed me several ways they test the springs and rollers. We have three garage doors and he looked at all three. He pointed out the issue with the door that was the main reason for our call. I gave him the go ahead to do it the right way and replace everything (caster pulleys, Nylon rollers, cables and springs). I noticed right away a difference in the way the door opened and the noise. We are very happy with the work performed. Bobby was very efficient and cleaned everything up when he was done. GREAT JOB.
