Called Precision on a Saturday afternoon and was told that they could have a repair person out that day. He (CJ) called about 5 minutes later and told me he'd be at my home in an hour. He showed up right on time and replaced all HW on my garage door in about 35 minutes. Did a great job, was knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. This is my second time calling Precision and I recommend them in Central / South NJ if you need help with garage doors or openers.

We contacted Precision for an estimate to replace existing garage doors, belt drive garage door openers, and storm doors. It was easy to schedule the estimate according to our availability. Called Precision to check out my garage door. Needed a spring and new bolt quoted me $985 for a whole new system. I paid $450 for a whole installation for a garage door opener originally from another company. Precision took a $105 service fee without doing anything for me at all. Stay away call a local garage door company. Could not believe the price they gave me unreal.

Sorry we could not help you in the repair of your door. We do charge a $99 service fee to come out and perform a 25 point inspection. We have a coupon that waives the service call if the repair is over $300. We also gave you multiple estimates to repair the parts on the door. $924 plus tax was the highest replacing all moving parts. You opted not to choose any of the estimates which also included a repair of $472 plus tax.

I was very impressed with the fact that a technician came the same day I called for service to fix my garage door. He was knowledgeable, polite, and knew how to solve my problem. I would highly recommend Precision.

Brian Ford was the technician that came to our house. What a nice, pleasant representative to deal with. However, he is HONEST! Did not try to up sale or find unneeded work. Gave my door a tune up, and we came up with a plan for the spring time to upgrade. His initial show up cost was worth it!! What a positive experience.

A coworker recommended Precision to me and I can see why. When I call for appointment she was very helpful and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Our technician Joe call ahead of time to tell us he would be here within a half an hour. Our door is making noises he said it could last a little while longer. Nothing was dangerous. The door was still in good shape. The rollers, springs and the pulleys were old so we decide to replace them. He did excellent job and explained to my husband when he was going to do.It’s so nice to work with a company that doesn’t pressure you. I will definitely recommend Precisions to anybody that I know.
