After doing a small repair, the service person promised a 5 year warranty but failed to provide a receipt saying specifically “5 year Warranty”! I’ve been repeatedly asking for that receipt with the five year warranty on it. I’ve received three duplicate receipts, saying nothing about a five year warranty. The office staff and the installer have been passing. The book back-and-forth To me, This is unacceptable.

Love you guys. Service is dependable and usually the next day. The person making the appointment is friendly and courteous. This is the only company I use. The technician Mike is friendly and knowledgeable. Found problem immediately and fixed it. All the other employees are just as nice and knowledgeable. Thanks again for a job well done.

I never had to have a garage door serviced before. I searched in google and found Precision Door Service. I was very impressed with Bobb Sanborn. He knew what he was doing. He showed me several ways they test the springs and rollers. We have three garage doors and he looked at all three. He pointed out the issue with the door that was the main reason for our call. I gave him the go ahead to do it the right way and replace everything (caster pulleys, Nylon rollers, cables and springs). I noticed right away a difference in the way the door opened and the noise. We are very happy with the work performed. Bobby was very efficient and cleaned everything up when he was done. GREAT JOB.

I was very pleased with the wonderful service I received when my garage door cable broke. Service was provided within an hour of my call for help and the work was completed within an hour. I had the cables replaced along with the springs and rollers. And was able to purchase a 10 year warranty. The service technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to everyone.

Arrived n time, with all the parts carried on truck, including new opener. Flawless install and explanation of device, app, and all functions. Not one screw or scrap left behind aafter work and this after opener, rollers, springs, and gasket replaced. All materials high end and Mike was personable, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Brian T. Ford. Jr - technician Brian was extremely professional, courteous and personable. Brian came on time and solved the problem; repairing the garage door better than it was before malfunctioning. Brian inspected the entire system of the door explaining several things to me and my options. Repair was done considerable quick and at a fair price. I researched the top ten Garage Door companies in my area and your company is rated number 1 by n the list so I called and knowing it’s a holiday that you might not be available but your tech Michael responded and inspected the he job, gave me an estimated and we agreed. The repairs were made and the door operates like new though it was installed on n the 90’s. 5 stars from ma happy customer.

A broken spring kept our garage door from operating. I called Precision and spoke to an actual person. She was very polite and professional. A technician was at our home less than 2 hours later. He came in a well-equipped truck and was very professional. I asked him to replace all 4 springs on the two doors and he replaced the worn wheels and cables as well. He worked for an hour and a half; when he was done both doors worked smoother than ever before. A job well done!!
