Precision door put my new garage door in 8 years ago, I never had an issue….well 8 years later my spring needed to be changed and I Thank God I was still in their system, they sent out one of their guys “Bobby” who could not have been any nicer, very polite and professional. Precision Garage door service did an outstanding job. When I called them to have my garage door spring replaced the technician were here the following day. The technician, Bobby Sanborn was very professional and courteous, he worked quickly and also noticed that my garage door cables were beginning to fray. My garage door spring broke this morning. It’s a double door so it took three of us to get it up so we could get the car out. I called you all, and within five minutes I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon of the same day. The tech that came, Mike was professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to do. Gave me a quote, started the job, and within an hour he was finished. excellent service. I would highly recommend your company. I was unable to open my garage door and called Precision and they sent someone out right away...so surprised at the quick service! He fixed the door and noticed my sensor light was not working, so fixed that as well. Very courteous and professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them!!

After doing a small repair, the service person promised a 5 year warranty but failed to provide a receipt saying specifically “5 year Warranty”! I’ve been repeatedly asking for that receipt with the five year warranty on it. I’ve received three duplicate receipts, saying nothing about a five year warranty. The office staff and the installer have been passing. The book back-and-forth To me, This is unacceptable.

Love you guys. Service is dependable and usually the next day. The person making the appointment is friendly and courteous. This is the only company I use. I never had to have a garage door serviced before. I searched in google and found Precision Door Service. I was very impressed with Bobb Sanborn. He knew what he was doing. He showed me several ways they test the springs and rollers. We have three garage doors and he looked at all three. He pointed out the issue with the door that was the main reason for our call. I gave him the go ahead to do it the right way and replace everything (caster pulleys, Nylon rollers, cables and springs). I noticed right away a difference in the way the door opened and the noise. We are very happy with the work performed. Bobby was very efficient and cleaned everything up when he was done. GREAT JOB.

I was very pleased with the wonderful service I received when my garage door cable broke. Service was provided within an hour of my call for help and the work was completed within an hour. I had the cables replaced along with the springs and rollers. And was able to purchase a 10 year warranty. The service technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to everyone.

Arrived n time, with all the parts carried on truck, including new opener. Flawless install and explanation of device, app, and all functions. Not one screw or scrap left behind aafter work and this after opener, rollers, springs, and gasket replaced. All materials high end and Mike was personable, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Brian T. Ford. Jr - technician Brian was extremely professional, courteous and personable. Brian came on time and solved the problem; repairing the garage door better than it was before malfunctioning. I researched the top ten Garage Door companies in my area and your company is rated number 1 by n the list so I called and knowing it’s a holiday that you might not be available but your tech Michael responded and inspected the he job, gave me an estimated and we agreed. The repairs were made and the door operates like new though it was installed on n the 90’s. 5 stars from ma happy customer.
