Great job from start to finish . They made replacing my garage door easy . The price was reasonable too. Just about two weeks to order and complete. Both Technicians were knowledgeable and polite. Connor came in the snow and installed the door today and he did a great job. The door looks really nice, so much better than the old one .

My garage door spring broke this morning. It’s a double door so it took three of us to get it up so we could get the car out. I called you all, and within five minutes I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon of the same day. The tech that came, Mike was professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to do. Gave me a quote, started the job, and within an hour he was finished. excellent service. I would highly recommend your company. I found your company by asking other persons in my neighborhood, whom I should use, and they all said Precision Garage Door Service. Thanks!!!

So happy with the service from Precision from start to finish! Phones are answered by live operators with no long waits. Got same day service. Our technician, Brian was awesome! Professional, courteous, friendly and most of all knowledgeable. Took the time to explain what was needed & show us the damaged parts etc. He was careful, precise, efficient and was respectful of the property. Very happy with our service today. Bobby was very helpful and explained everything that was done. He was very kind, respectful, reliable, knowledgeable and understanding and explained if the garage door gets noisy, what I can do. He fixed the problem on the garage door remotes. I would recommend Precision.
