Had a very positive experience with Precision. I called in the evening when the cable broke on my garage door. I was able to get an appointment the next day in the afternoon. Steve was the technician that came. He was very courteous and professional. Explained the problem and took the time to fully explain the repairs. When we called we were told Bobby would call 30 minutes before he arrived, which he did. He arrived promptly and explained 3 repair options. When we made our decision he made the repairs quickly and accurately. He showed that the garage opened and closed. Precision was very professional and fixed our issue on the day we called.
