Brian did an excellent job. He was very professional and was very detailed on explanations of issues and alternatives to solve the issues. Springs, rollers and cables replaced.

They came very fast ,,the next morning after i called. Service man explained everything that was wrong with garage door and options to fix it. A couple hours later garage door worked again and i could drive my car out of garage,

Had a very positive experience with Precision. I called in the evening when the cable broke on my garage door. I was able to get an appointment the next day in the afternoon. Steve was the technician that came. He was very courteous and professional. Explained the problem and took the time to fully explain the repairs. Also, explained the exact costs and he was very happy to answer any of my questions. I used Precision back in 2011 and I was glad that I used them once again in 2024. Thank you. Ellen Terr

When we called we were told Bobby would call 30 minutes before he arrived, which he did. He arrived promptly and explained 3 repair options. When we made our decision he made the repairs quickly and accurately. He showed that the garage opened and closed. Precision was very professional and fixed our issue on the day we called.
