Unfortunately my garage door is Overhead brand specific for needed rubber-bottom replacement. Service technician Patrick DID locate the garage opener lights-always-on problem. Another Sears specific wall control switch that was unknown to me, but not to Patrick who was previously a Sears technician. Yea!! Quick solutions and answers

The staff member I spoke with by phone to schedule the appointment was courteous and professional; I received an email confirmation with the name of the serviceman who would be coming out the next day, along with a photo and a guarantee that all service personnel would arrive in a marked truck with a uniform and name tag - and he did. My service man called twice - once to tell me he was about 35 minutes away (which, by the way, would have put him at my home almost a half hour early for the window I'd be given), and once to let me know he was outside. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and had a positive, friendly attitude. He solved the problem in a little over one hour and I felt the overall charge for the visit to be fair and affordable. From start to finish I had a great experience with this company and would definitely recommend them to others.
