After 18 years with a different company and a lack of responsiveness, I decided to Precision. They were totally responsive, arrived when they were supposed to, and perform the duties that they were assigned. The tech that was sent was confident, competent and personable. Filled out the service request form online Friday morning. Mid morning got a call - set an appointment time for 11-2 the next day. Bobby called me when he was in his way - installed and programmed my new remotes and keypad, checked everything else out on the opener and was on his way. Very pleasant, done well and timely. Never had a bad experience with Precision!
