My garage door was out of alignment and my sensors on my garage door were starting to go bad. I called Precision Garage Door Service based on their reviews and business history. They were very responsive and sent a repairman the next morning. Corey arrived promptly and was able to pinpoint the issues, let me know the cost options up front, and had the replacements and repairs done quickly. Corey was excellent, explaining what he had done to fix the issues. Kudos as well to the agent who booked the appointments and provided me with copies of my invoices, very helpful and caring. Very satisfied with the service Precision provided.

Precision got a good review on one of our local neighbor websites so we decided to call them. We got a visit the same day from Steve Posner, who diagnosed and fixed our problem in 2 minutes! Steve gave us an estimate for a new door with the works and we decided to go with it because our door is really old and his price was quite fair. Highly recommend Steve and Precision Door!

After 18 years with a different company and a lack of responsiveness, I decided to Precision. They were totally responsive, arrived when they were supposed to, and perform the duties that they were assigned. The tech that was sent was confident, competent and personable. Cody was excellent! He called ahead to confirm he was on his way. He replaced the springs, rollers, cables and pulleys on my garage door. Cody was most professional, and he quickly and efficiently did the needed repairs. He was very neat and removed all the broken and worn parts. Great customer Service!!

Precision Garage Door we’re consummate professionals Jessica in last minute correcting appointment time today & then getting great Tech Cory to assess issues & then repair. Turns out minor tension adjustment on one of 2 machines. All other components excellent condition. Cory & company very credible. I was prepared to replace if recommended.
