From the initial phone call for service to the completed job, all Precision employees were efficient, courteous, and professional. The call prior to arrival was much appreciated and the work itself, done quickly and satisfactorily. Both CJ & Seth were just as good as anyone could possibly ask for. All in all, a surprisingly well and above-average business experience. Would recommend Precision to anyone, anytime.

Have used Precision in the past. Today was an excellent service visit. We needed a whole new unit. The technician Joe Yazal did an efficient job but he also walked us through the set up and even connected our Car remote to the Garage. I am a senior citizen and Joe explained each step of the new technology of the system. We even called him after he had left to verify our understanding of the motion light detector. He not only rendered excellent technical service but his Customer Service skills are highly commendable. Thank you for a job well done and you have a customer for life. We only called your office yesterday, Thursday, and were able to get an appointment for today Friday. Your office personnel are also extremely helpful and friendly.

Brian came out to install our new opener . He was very professional and polite. Explained exactly what he was going to do and exactly how he was going to do it . Appreciated the quick response to my request for service after knocking the garage door down b c I backed up too quickly. C J came within 4 hours . My door and house was secured and the garage door made usable. I was not pushed to do extra unnecessary work though maintenance suggestions were recommended and some were done. I will use this company again for maintaining our doors and if I crash thru them again!

Amazing Garage Door service Called on Friday of Memorial Day. Pleasant and helpful source answered! She was so helpful And reassuring. I thought I might keep trying to figure out how to fix this without hiring someone. Service Rep scheduled my appt for the next day. The servicemen arrived at 10 am. And $700+ later they had installed 2 new springs. Most importantly… the double garage door opens and closes!!!

I looked up companies online and chose Precision because of the red banner that said open today 8-4 I was given a window of 12-3 and was genuinely surprised when Brian arrived at 12. Within an hour our new springs were installed. Originally I had tried to contact the company that had installed the door several years ago, but no one responded to the message I left. Precision has a new customer!

We called Precision because when we looked online you had lots of great reviews We were given a window of 1-3 but your technician arrived by 11:30 which was great since our door was stuck open. In 15 minutes he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. Great response, very able and personable technician and a very reasonable cost Thanks

Called in the morning, Joe arrived early afternoon. My garage door was malfunctioning and many of the parts of my garage door were worn. Once the garage door was fixed, I asked Joe to look at both of my doors and make safety recommendations. He spent time carefully considering what I needed and what was optional. Gave me a price that I could deal with and within 2 hours everything was completed. Now I have a bunch of new parts plus a system that is a lot safer than I started with. I am very satisfied with this franchise location. BTW I also got a thank you note from the owner, pretty cool!
