Technician Brian Ford Jr. just finished evaluating and repairing my garage doors. He did an excellent job, very professional, very knowledgeable and a great attitude!! Turns out the doors needed new springs, which Brian had readily available in his truck. I highly recommend Precision; you won't be disappointed!

Steve was great.. he understood and identified the issue with the garage door as soon as he assessed the operational problem. Beyond just resolving the issue, he took the time to explain why it had not been a problem until now and provided recommendation on the appropriate tools to use, along with the reasoning behind his suggestions. Overall, the service was excellent and I highly recommend.

We needed to get our garage door repaired. I found several recommendations for Precision with very good results. We called and were given a timeframe. The technician was running behind and we were contacted to let us know that. Then we received a call when he was on his way. Brian was so easy to work with and offered us options. We had no idea the repair would be done that evening. The work was completed as described and neatly. It was a great experience. Highly recommend!!

The level of service I received from Precision was simply outstanding! I called for service around 10 AM for a problem I was having with the garage door. The door would neither raise nor lower, so after performing some basic troubleshooting attempts and disconnecting the door from the track myself, I called Precision. My house is only a year and a half old and you would not think there would be an issue with the garage door so soon. The Precision dispatcher advised that a technician would arrive between noon and four PM. At about 12:15, I received a call from our technician Brian saying he would be arriving in 15 minutes or so. So when Brian arrived, we spoke about what the problem was, he then surveyed the situation and promptly began repairs which he saw as excessive play in the track chain which was hanging up the opener's sensor from performing properly. Sure enough, that was the problem. Some minor adjustment to take up excessive slack in the chain, several test runs and a lubrication and we were back in business. I can't offer enough positives about our technician Brian! He was extremely personable, extremely knowledgeable, offered some helpful suggestions, and is a true asset to the Precision team!! The entire problem was diagnosed and resolved in less than half an hour. Thanks again to Brian and the entire very professional Precision team. I will certainly recommend you to anyone I can.

Precision is a highly professional company with employees who are dedicated to providing great service to its customers. We met with Jim Dean at our home to discuss buying new garage doors. He was extremely patient and pleasant answering every one of our questions. As a person who has worked on garage doors for 18 years, he knows the garage business inside and out. Also, when we sent an email asking for some minor clarifications, the staff in the office got back to us right away (on a Saturday morning!) We received a detailed invoice and paperwork listing all of the info about our particular doors. Needless to say we were very pleased with our interactions with Precision.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Precision. It started immediately when speaking with the receptionist, she was helpful and very polite. My technician Bobby S. called when he was on his way and texted when he arrived. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had a garage door "rebuild"...pulley, springs, cables, rollers. I needed service on my Liftmaster garage door opener. I called three different companies. The first one’s mailbox was full. The second one only did installations. Third one never returned any of my calls. Then I called Precision and they actually answered the phone. Not only that, they came out the next day at the time they said. Their service vehicle was clean and the technician was a gentleman.

I had occasion to use the services of Precision Door Service. They sent me a mechanic named Michael who was courteous, knowledgeable and honest. If there is one thing that I cannot tolerate, it is companies that add expenses and work that is not needed; Precision did not do that. Their honesty and workmanship was impeccable.

Excellent service. Got an appointment in under 24 hours. Mike called to advise of his arrival time. He replaced springs, wires, pully's, rollers and rubber seal. I hadn't had any service done in well over 10 years and the parts that were installed originally were worn and not the best quality. Mike installed much better quality parts and with a 10-year warranty, I am all set. If there is a problem, they are just a phone call away. Love that they support veterans and provided me a discount. They definitely deserve 5 stars. This was my 1st experience with them and would highly recommend.
