I needed service on my Liftmaster garage door opener. I called three different companies. The first one’s mailbox was full. The second one only did installations. Third one never returned any of my calls. Then I called Precision and they actually answered the phone. Not only that, they came out the next day at the time they said. Their service vehicle was clean and the technician was a gentleman.

Excellent service. Got an appointment in under 24 hours. Mike called to advise of his arrival time. He replaced springs, wires, pully's, rollers and rubber seal. I hadn't had any service done in well over 10 years and the parts that were installed originally were worn and not the best quality. Mike installed much better quality parts and with a 10-year warranty, I am all set. If there is a problem, they are just a phone call away. Love that they support veterans and provided me a discount. They definitely deserve 5 stars. This was my 1st experience with them and would highly recommend.

I have been using Precision for the past 2 years and have been quite pleased with the work they've done to replace springs, cables and pulleys needed on 1 of 2 garage doors. Recently, I had an issue with the same door not closing in a lop-sided manner. C.J. came out, analyzed the situation and made some adjustments to have the door finally close flat! At some point, I'll have to make repairs to the 2nd door and will absolutely definitely contact Precision and C.J. to come out and do the repairs!! I highly recommend this company!

The technician (CJ) came on an emergency call. He called beforehand to instruct me how to close my garage door until he came. He checked everything over, made the necessary adjustments and left me with a smile on my face. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and did not leave me feeling foolish. It was an excellent experience.

Steve came on time and solved the problem literally in a few seconds because nothing was wrong with my garage door opener system, but simply the trolley was released. He then inspected the whole system and the door, explaining several things to me. I could have easily saved the money of the service call, but it was my fault not to understand that nothing was wrong with my garage opener, and in the end it was a nice experience because Steve is very knowledgeable and super pleasant to speak with

I must again relate how throughly pleased I am with Precision Garage Door Service. Our garage door needed an adjustment, so I called and made an appointment. Seth (who originally installed the new doors) called me prior to his arrival to inform me he was on the way. He arrived earlier than expected and in short time had fixed the problem with the door. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Precision Door. I happened to come across this company through a google search, while I was searching for a company to repair my garage door. The first day I called, I spoke to a live person right away who was very professional and kind and was able to schedule an appointment immediately. Initially, Mike arrived at my home to inspect the garage door and discuss repair options with me. He too was very kind, professional and knowledgeable about my situation and helped me decided the best option for the repair. I ended up purchasing a new garage door, but Mike was able to temporarily repair the old garage door until the new door arrived. He was also able to work out a price that was affordable for me. It took a few weeks for the new garage door to come in, but as soon as it arrived I was able to get an appointment immediately for installation. The new garage door was installed by Henry, who did an excellent job with the installation and represented the company in a professional and skilled manner. I was very pleased with Henry's customer service and how effectively he worked to complete the installation. Precision Door is a company that can be trusted and who genuinely cares about great customer service and getting the job done right. I highly recommend this company.

I'd first used Precision about five years ago to replace a broken tension spring. When i found that the pulley wire was frayed, i came right back. Easy and fast to schedule a service visit, after describing the issue I was given a price estimate for the work and my appointment was scheduled for the following morning. The technician called ahead and arrived right in the middle of the service window I was offered. Very polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work to be done after assessment. He also ran through the pricing again to make sure I was aware of how much it would cost. An hour later, all done, he again took the time to walk through the work he did, offered some tips on how to keep the doors in good working order. I paid by credit card and received the receipt by email right away. Worth every penny, will definitely use Precision again!
