Review:

Purchased a High end Fimbel garage door. While we love the door I am extremely disappointed with the way the lower door seal fits our garage door apron. One would think when you pay over $10-K for a door that the lower seal should cover some small variations where the seal meets the apron. Admittedly our apron is not new and 100% perfect, but our old inexpensive builders grade door sealed perfectly. The installers tried to improve the fit by bending the tracks with pliers, and I am not sure what was about, but this did not change anything.

Great service, I called to schedule service on my garage door and received appointment the same day. Bobby was very friendly and diagnosed the issue immediately and did an outstanding job with the repairs. Charges were reasonable and I would definitely use Precision again for any future repairs.

I called to get my garage door fixed. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I made an appointment for the following morning. Don called at 1130 and was here in 20 minutes. I had 2 broken springs. In a short amount of time Don fixed my garage door. I have your sticker near my garage door opener in case I need to call you again.
