Jim Sales Manager's Bio:

Starting as a technician with Precision Doors in 2006, Jim has been successfully assisting our customers for fifteen years. With his deep breadth of knowledge and experience, he has been instrumental in training and mentoring our technicians, installers, and staff. He now serves as our senior Sales Manager. A great troubleshooter, he loves working for Precision and educating his customers on all matters relating to new garage doors, repairs and maintenance. In his spare time, he loves to play golf and bowl, maintaining his high average with his time-honored night league.

Precision is a highly professional company with employees who are dedicated to providing great service to its customers. We met with Jim Dean at our home to discuss buying new garage doors. He was extremely patient and pleasant answering every one of our questions. As a person who has worked on garage doors for 18 years, he knows the garage business inside and out. Also, when we sent an email asking for some minor clarifications, the staff in the office got back to us right away (on a Saturday morning!) We received a detailed invoice and paperwork listing all of the info about our particular doors. Needless to say we were very pleased with our interactions with Precision.

My sister has used Precision for years and highly recommended we use them when we were ready to replace our doors. I had several phone conversations with Danielle and she was extremely helpful in answering all our questions. Jim came to our house this morning and was also very knowledgeable, sharing information about the company as well as their products and services. Our meeting with Jim Dean, Precision's salesperson, was very pleasant and informative. Jim discussed the various garage door options that were available to us. He talked about the pros and cons of different types of garage doors. We felt like we were talking with a family member who had our best interests in mind. Sorry to hear that we didn't earn your business. We try to be as competitive as we can in the current market. We try to be fair with our pricing and price match competitors written quotes if it is apples to apples and not a clearance sale. Unfortunately we were not given the opportunity to see the specs on the door or opener that you ultimately purchased.
