Steve, On April 4th James Dean & Jeff Wardell replaced many parts on my garage doors. They are now better than new. Not only were they professional, they were well spoken, neat & most of all polite. Kept me informed about arrival time & time of departure, instructions #101 for proper care & use, etc.. I don't know who "put manners on them"... their mothers or "Precision".. maybe both?
