Hi Steve, Thank you for your interest in customer feedback. It certainly is an important aspect of any business. In June 2007 one of my springs broke on the garage door. Precision promptly sent Jim Dean to replace the spring. He recommended a garage door rebuild to which I agreed. Because I was impressed with his knowledge and service I didn't hesitate to call Precision again. This time I needed to replace my door opener. Once more Precision sent a knowledgeable technician, Jeff Wardell. Jeff arrived on time and patiently answered all of my questions including the stupid ones. I think you should give these guys a bonus. They are an asset to your company's reputation and also reflect the spirit of your employees.
