Hello Steve, Your technician, Rick, was very professional and performed the repairs in a timely fashion. He replaced a new door opener with a belt drive system. I thought the parts prices were a little high. I would definately recommend Precision Door to my neighbors.

Walter is great. He installed all new parts for our door a few months back and fixed the issue we had promptly. He's an asset to your organization. We thought we might have a problem when we called for the appointment. Our door would not close and we were told that we might not be able to be serviced for several days. It all worked out and Walter was here within the scheduled tme window.
