Yes, I am a repeat customer. I had a garage door rebuild last year because of a broken spring and liked it so much I signed up to get the other door done even though it wasn't in bad shape. Brian was my technician again (by my request) and he is very efficient and informative. He is a very tidy worker and cleans up all parts. I will have him back whenever I need garage door service again. He did such a good job I don't expect that call will come anytime in the near future. Thanks Brian.

I had despaired of ever again being able to open my garage door. My remote was long lost, and the garage-opening mechanism was so old that none of the garage door companies I called had even heard of it. Inside of ten minutes the technician had examined it and made a new remote compatible with my ancient unit. He also examined the unit itself and did some minor repairs (missing/loose screws, etc.) to "tide me over," he said, until I had no choice but to replace the garage door and unit. I know who I'll be calling when that time comes! And guess what--the technician was a happy man, content in his work, who smiled most of the time we were talking. It was a great way to greet Monday morning!

I just moved into this house a week ago, and had trouble with the garage door yesterday. I had no idea who to call, and called Precision because I saw there was a sticker next to the garage door opener. They responded in a timely manner and the technician was very thorough and helpful in explaining how the door opener worked and what to watch out for in the future. Extremely happy with Precision. Had 2 openers installed. Brian was professional, helpful, courteous, and prompt. Our install was a very difficult one - very low ceilings and no room to use standard openers. Brian explained options, pros and cons, and made suggestion to help me with decision. All-in-all an extremely satisfying experience with a company I had never used before. I recommend highly to anyone.

Rating 5 stars Your ads on "News 12 New Jersey" were impressive. I needed service on my garage door, it would not close all the way. I called at about 1:30 PM and was promised service between 1:30 and 3PM. Cody arrived at about 2 PM. He addressed the situation and gave us two estimates temporary solution and complete repair. We chose the complete repair. He was done by 3:30 all cleaned up and on his way. I felt bad for Cody he had to work in an unheated space at a temperature of about 20 degrees. Cody was very pleasant, knowledgeable and worked clean. We did not seek another estimate from another service company so I hope your prices are competitive. We were impressed with the quick response time. I would recommend Precision to anyone.
