I came home and try to open the door with the key pad and it doesn’t work. I was also told it has a app option I don’t have the link . I think the door is lovely and quiet then before .

The only criticism I can make is they didn’t get the number off the motor for me. I had knee surgery so ladders are difficult at the moment. The guy’s were great in all else !

Brian came to my home to fix my garage doors which had a wide gap on the sides when closed and the cold air was coming into the garage making it difficult to keep warm. Not only was he very professional and polite, he fixed the gap on the sides and now my garage is staying much warmer....no more heat loss.
