Last year I had Precision install a new motor and keypad. This past Thursday the keypad stopped working. Due to my schedule, I was unable to get a technician in until Tuesday. Brian Ford, the technician, looked up my installation date, and said my warranty expired 2 days ago. He said no problem, we will honor that warranty since you called Precision before the warranty expired. He replaced the keypad and showed me how to reset it if this happens again. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. In fact, he had just installed a keypad for my sister last week. She and her husband will be moving in here in a few weeks. They also had a very good experience with Brian.
