We can't say enough good things about this company. The springs on our garage door broke on a Sunday morning. We got a call back from Precision that same day! Brian from Precision was excellent! He explained what needed to happen to get the safety eyes as well as the new motor installed. He also installed a new waterproof gasket at the bottom of the door. He then explained to me how this process worked and demonstrated for me how we could effectively use the door in multiple circumstances. Also, the receptionist answered, Danielle, was very precise and knowledgeable about services, and how much those services cost. I felt quite confident when Brian got here that things would move well and work beautifully. That’s exactly what happened. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs garage door work.

Precision is one of the best companies that I’ve ever worked with. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. My garage door spring had broken the night before, and it made it impossible for me to get my car out of the garage. I called them first thing the next morning, and they scheduled me for that same day, in the afternoon. Soon, Brian Jr. arrived, and had just what was needed. He went to work right away, and in just a little over a half hour, had the spring replaced and the door back in operation. He is a true professional, and a really nice person. I feel extremely fortunate that I called Precision, and I would highly recommend them for any overhead garage door repair.

Brian did a superb job. He called me to give me an approximate time he would arrive as he was nearby. He was on time. I explained the problems I noted with the garage door, he explained possibilities for fixing them. He gave an inspection and added another item needing replacement. With the coupon from the website, he efficiently completed the job and payment with my credit card. Brian recommended an annual checkup for the doors. It was a joy to work with Brian, and I would highly recommend Precision and Brian to anyone that needs help with their garage doors.

Precision installed 2 new doors in 2021. Service at the time was excellent. Today's repair was to rectify a weak spring on one of the doors. It was done under warranty along with minor adjustments to the other door and a cable replacement. Total charge was the standard $99 service call fee. The technician was first rate as have been past employees who have visited. Highly recommended.
