Cody installed extension and safety cables. He also adjusted something he noticed separate from the repair, which made the movement of the garage door smoother and quieter. He was on time, professional, friendly, answered all of my questions, the repair was done quickly and well. I would give a rating of 5.

The only professional in your company is the Tech that came and repair my garage door. I waited for five hours no one from your company call to tell me the tech will be late. I had to call your office after waiting four hours. I will never recommend your company and I live in a complex where there is 700 house.
