Loved the prompt and personable manner of the Precision representative who scheduled my service call. Cody, the service tech, arrived on time, assessed the problem and thoroughly managed the issue and answered all my questions. Precision's technician Cody called during the 30 minutes before arriving, then he arrived on time to begin work to troubleshoot and repair our overhead garage door system. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the price to which I quickly agreed. Then he carefully, efficiently, and politely performed the repair, explaining the steps as he went. The the door opener immediately worked smoothly without need for any further adjustments. Cody's work caused no interruption to our day and we were thoroughly pleased with his fine work and professionalism. Kudos to Precision!

Definitely beyond 5 stars !!! So glad we went with Precision on purchasing new single garage door and opener. Received a quote from Cody who was very prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Kudos Cody !!! Within two weeks as promised we had Bruce come out to take down old door and opener. He was also prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Would check in with me to let me know what they were doing every step of the way and how long it would take. Work was done promptly and professionally. Kudos to you too Bruce !!! Precision is how every company should operate. Highly recommend using this company :-)
