Don was very friendly and did a good job with the service call. Would be a better service from the company in 2020 to have the technology to show visually what the projected doors could look like by taking photos of the current and using the software to show what the future can be. In today’s environment what distinguishes a company is the ability to be savvy and not behind major competitors. My other two quotes gave me the proposed look within minutes and even before they left. I wanted this to be constructive and not critical. You need to upgrade your technology

Wow! We first met Don when he came to our house within half an hour since our call. Great guy! Very knowledgeable & pleasant. Wonderful start for a business enterprise. We love the new garage doors & their openers that you technician installed for us. Mike Belling (I think I got his name correct) was very prompt, efficient & courteous. Mike was very patient with me as he explained the doors working capabilities & qualities. I also found Mike to be engaging & intelligent while still using great common sense.
