Very pleased with the company and the person who came out to diagnose and fix the issue It is an older unit, and the issue was with the lock and key on the door. The repair person came up with a solution, but it wasn't compatible with my unit. He gave me an alternative that wasn't in the budget for right now. Instead, he fixed the issue with the wire. Now, I have an estimate for a new unit and can save up to replace it in the spring/summer. Very pleased with the entire process

I reached out to Precision late in the evening on Friday and told them about my very noisy garage door that was causing concern. They made an appointment and sent a technician the very next day. The technician was very friendly and explained what was wrong with the door. He suggested replacing the rollers and the springs and gave me an estimate. We decided to replace them. He was very fast and efficient and got the job done in half an hour. The door works great now and is smooth to open and close. Overall, it was a great end to end experience!

Long time happy Precision customer. Used them first for my prior home and again for my current home. Both jobs I wanted were a complete garage door purchase, installation, and service work if I ever needed. Always professional, fair, and dependable from start to finish.
