Jim Sales Manager's Bio:

Starting as a technician with Precision Doors in 2006, Jim has been successfully assisting our customers for fifteen years. With his deep breadth of knowledge and experience, he has been instrumental in training and mentoring our technicians, installers, and staff. He now serves as our senior Sales Manager. A great troubleshooter, he loves working for Precision and educating his customers on all matters relating to new garage doors, repairs and maintenance. In his spare time, he loves to play golf and bowl, maintaining his high average with his time-honored night league.

I have been usings Precision for my garage door needs for several years. With an older home, repairs are sometimes necessary. Precision techs are well trained, skilled and honest. I wouldn't think of using another company.

I called first because our spring broke. Jim Dean arrived and told us the cost to fix the spring. He also pointed out, which my husband knew, other things wrong. The door was 22 years old. Well we decided to go with his suggestion of a new door. Needless to say, we are so happy. Our house looks amazing. Jim even came back to see the new door. Looks like one of your brochures!!

Service was good and quick. However there seemed to be miscommunication between technician and whoever answered the call - I did mention a 2nd work item on the phone but the technician was not informed - as a result he was not prepared to do that part of the work.
