I called Precision at 7:30am Wednesday & a technician was at my home at 10am fixing the problem...NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My technician Tom was just great & explained everything being done. It was also a bonus having a coupon! They were recommended by a friend & I will certainly do the same!
