My technician, CJ, exceeded expectations. He was both courteous and professional. He inspected my garage door and listened to my problem. His suggestions addressed all issues he found, which he carefully explained to me. Springs, pulleys, cables, and rollers were replaced. The main spring of my garage door snapped. I called Precision and they responded immediately. The service person, A J Kok, looked over the problem and suggested a few options. In about 45 minutes the main spring assembly was removed and replaced. The garage door works better than it ever has A. J. was very courteous and professional AND an extremely NICE guy! If anyone has a garage door problem, I strongly recommend Presision.

Called Precision on a Saturday afternoon and was told that they could have a repair person out that day. He (CJ) called about 5 minutes later and told me he'd be at my home in an hour. He showed up right on time and replaced all HW on my garage door in about 35 minutes. Did a great job, was knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Yesterday morning started off with opening my garage only to hear a loud pop. I thought it was a gunshot, but turned out to be a the spring on my garage. It snapped and the garage was non functional. I thought this was going to be a long process to fix. I called Precision and the lady answered and told me that a technician would be on their way. Within an hour the technician was out. Then another 45 minutes the garage was restored to be better then new. Very impressed.
