The technician was courteous, helpful, and patient. He answered my various questions calmly and decisively. Originally, I wanted someone else to lubricate moving parts. He pointed out that some parts should be replaced for safety reasons, which was one of my concerns that I asked about. He had the parts, and now I feel safe.

JC, our tech, arrived on time and did a quick evaluation of our issues. Installed new bearings to eliminate the squeaks, keypad for entry and a base of garage door buffer in under an hour. And helped me switch out batteries in my car remote control. All in under an hour. Great job!

The main spring of my garage door snapped. I called Precision and they responded immediately. The service person, A J Kok, looked over the problem and suggested a few options. In about 45 minutes the main spring assembly was removed and replaced. The garage door works better than it ever has A. J. was very courteous and professional AND an extremely NICE guy! Called Precision on a Saturday afternoon and was told that they could have a repair person out that day. He (CJ) called about 5 minutes later and told me he'd be at my home in an hour. He showed up right on time and replaced all HW on my garage door in about 35 minutes. Did a great job, was knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. This is my second time calling Precision and I recommend them in Central / South NJ if you need help with garage doors or openers.
