I was unable to open my garage door and called Precision and they sent someone out right away...so surprised at the quick service! He fixed the door and noticed my sensor light was not working, so fixed that as well. Very courteous and professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them!!

Arrived home to find my garage door open even though I had watched it close an hour earlier. Pushed the button to close it & it went down & up, refused to close completely.It was stuck open until CJ arrived that afternoon & explained my alternatives completely after checking out everything. We received estimate. No mention of senior discount. No mention of 20 percent discount on Amarr door. No mention of 10 yr warranty and actual warranty certificate with inclusive and exclusions to warranty. Please respond so we can finalize our decision. Please clarify 90d warranty on what? 1 yr warranty on what?

A broken spring kept our garage door from operating. I called Precision and spoke to an actual person. She was very polite and professional. A technician was at our home less than 2 hours later. He came in a well-equipped truck and was very professional. I asked him to replace all 4 springs on the two doors and he replaced the worn wheels and cables as well. He worked for an hour and a half; when he was done both doors worked smoother than ever before. A job well done!!
