The level of service I received from Precision was simply outstanding! I called for service around 10 AM for a problem I was having with the garage door. The door would neither raise nor lower, so after performing some basic troubleshooting attempts and disconnecting the door from the track myself, I called Precision. My house is only a year and a half old and you would not think there would be an issue with the garage door so soon. The Precision dispatcher advised that a technician would arrive between noon and four PM. At about 12:15, I received a call from our technician Brian saying he would be arriving in 15 minutes or so. So when Brian arrived, we spoke about what the problem was, he then surveyed the situation and promptly began repairs which he saw as excessive play in the track chain which was hanging up the opener's sensor from performing properly. Sure enough, that was the problem. Some minor adjustment to take up excessive slack in the chain, several test runs and a lubrication and we were back in business. I can't offer enough positives about our technician Brian! He was extremely personable, extremely knowledgeable, offered some helpful suggestions, and is a true asset to the Precision team!! The entire problem was diagnosed and resolved in less than half an hour. Thanks again to Brian and the entire very professional Precision team. I will certainly recommend you to anyone I can.

I chose Precision Door Service of Central and South Jersey because I read the reviews on line and was pleased with what I read. I was having a problem with the remote openers and, since they, along with the opening motor, were quite old I wanted the entire door and parts checked out. Brian, the service technician met all of my expectations. He was courteous and reviewed the workings of my garage door with me and explained the parts and what function they played. He offered me several suggestions, along with their costs, that would fix my issue and did not pressure me into any one option. I chose to replace the opener motor since it was quite old and I wanted to ensure I have continued operation of the door. He did that efficiently and effectively while also lubricating the tracks for smoother operation. He then reviewed the full operation and explained how to use the new remote openers, new keypad and new inside opener button. I felt the price was fair and I am very happy with Precision and, especially, very happy with Brian their technician.

I just moved in and needed a tune up on my automatic garage door. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. Brian the technician arrived on time, was pleasant courteous and informative. He inspected everything and reviewed 3 options for servicing the equipment. He answered questions and helped me choose the best course of action, then got the entire job done in under an hour. He explained the work and made sure I was comfortable with operating the system and the remotes before he left. Fantastic experience, quality efficient work provided by a pleasant technician. My garage door came off track and was stuck in an open position. I called Precision Door Service within minutes of it happening. Within 90 minutes of my phone call technician Brian Ford Jr showed up. He put me completely at ease and had my garage door back on track and functioning in less than 30 minutes. He also helped me reset my garage door keypad that wasn't working, and showed me how to reactivate it if an electric outage occurred and turned it off again. Brian also shared some ideas with me to make it easier to open and close the garage door in my detached garage from inside my house. I can not say enough about the wonderful quick and efficient service I received from Precision Door Service and especially from their technician Brian Ford Jr.

We had Brian the younger come to repair a recurring problem with the garage door that was installed a year and a half ago. One of the rollers keeps dislodging from the rail. He had been here before and was very helpful and honest. He reset the mechanism and told us that if it happened again to call back for a further adjustment. Hopefully, that will not be necessary, although this is the third time we have needed help with the same problem. The company has been very coopoerative in extending our warranty for this recurring problem, and we remain loyal customers.

Excellent experience. Setting up an appointment was easy. Called in the afternoon and Precision could have come out next day if I wanted it. Technician arrived timely. Brian was knowledgeable and took the time to explain options; including what were the necessary fixes and those that were optional. And outlined the cost associated with each item/step in the process. Repairs included: new springs, cables, rollers, safety cable, adjustment to garage door opener and insulation replacement. When done with the repairs garage door worked like it was brand new. Highly recommend. Five stars.
