Filled out the service request form online Friday morning. Mid morning got a call - set an appointment time for 11-2 the next day. Bobby called me when he was in his way - installed and programmed my new remotes and keypad, checked everything else out on the opener and was on his way. Very pleasant, done well and timely. Never had a bad experience with Precision!

Workers showed up on time and did a nice install on both new garage door and garage door opener. Would have given 5 stars except they didn’t tell me ahead of time that I needed to supply light bulbs. I also showed them where I wanted the keypad and they placed it too high. I have a shoulder problem and would’ve liked it at the comfortable height I had indicated to them. I was home. They could’ve double-checked before drilling into brick if they had any doubts.

Came on time. Cleaned up the mess. One panel was damaged so they are coming back to replace. Would have given a five star but one panel was damaged and I will have to take another day off work when they come to replace.

Install team was very professional. Only reason I’m not giving a 5 star rating is because after 5-6 weeks wait time from the time of order they forgot or didn’t have the window inserts that were ordered.

The technician was excellent. He came within the scheduled time window and completed the repair quickly, cleanly and correctly. I would definitely call them again. But, you pay for it. The repair cost double what I paid for the same repair 7 years ago. I’d expect it to cost more 7 years later and I don’t mind paying more for fast reliable service with a warranty, but double seems a bit much. Price is the only reason I knocked off a star. If you don’t mind paying premium for piece of mind, they are worth it.

This was my first time using Precision and I was very pleased with the service provided. I will definitely call them again in the future. I required emergency repair on my garage door and they were able to come out within an hour. They were very professional on the phone and in person and fixed the problem. I highly recommend!

The technician sent to replace my broken spring, Brian, did an excellent job. Being curious, I asked a number of questions as I watched him work. Brian answered all my questions and did not seem to mind me watching him and inquiring about what he was doing. My only negative comment was that the overall cost seemed a little high. But, I did not shop around, so I do not really know if the Precision price was competitive or not. What I do know, one day after the work, was that Brian did the job professionally and the work appears to be first rate.

Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service. The office reworked their schedule to get me out of a jam. The technician, Brandon, quickly recognized and fixed the problem. He explained everything he did and offered helpful advice. Then he double-checked all of his work before he left.

The new motor installation was expensive ($500) and charging 60 dollars is too much for an extra remote but the repairman, Cody was professional, efficient and very well mannered. Good service.

The appointment for service was made easily and efficiently. I was notified that my service tech would probably be Brian & he did call me to confirm he was on his way. 5 stars for each of these points. Brian arrived and seemed very knowledgeable and reviewed my concerns and questions. He resolved my main problem very quickly and actually informed me more about the sensors. He checked both my doors for safety and pointed out issues without putting pressure on me. I felt confident in his ability and workmanship. He was able to estimate the costs and time for the work and kept to both very well! My only issue that I took away 1 star was that the service call was still charged to me. I would have hoped that since I was agreeing to have major work done on both doors, this charge would have been removed. I would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family.

The technician quickly diagnosed the reason why the door was wobbling when closing and recommended replacing all movable hardware, which he efficiently did. The entire repair was completed in about an hour. The price for the garage door overhaul seems to be steep relative to the time and parts replaced.
