My spare time is spent with my wife, friends, and family. I have a lot of love for animals and hope to be able to adopt a dog/dogs in the future.

Today, we met with Steve from Precision to review a number of issues with our garage doors. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions. As aa result, we have purchased replacement doors and openers. I feel very confident that the new doors will be a big improvement. In addition, my brother-in-law referred me to Precision after being very satisfied with the doors he purchased from them several years ago.

This was not the first time I had Precision. Several years ago I had one of the Garage door openers repaired. I was very pleased with that repair. That's why I called this time when springs and cables and so forth broke. Technician Steve arrived and we discussed repairs not only on the broken door but also the second door. I'd first used Precision about five years ago to replace a broken tension spring. When i found that the pulley wire was frayed, i came right back. Easy and fast to schedule a service visit, after describing the issue I was given a price estimate for the work and my appointment was scheduled for the following morning. The technician called ahead and arrived right in the middle of the service window I was offered. Very polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work to be done after assessment. He also ran through the pricing again to make sure I was aware of how much it would cost. An hour later, all done, he again took the time to walk through the work he did, offered some tips on how to keep the doors in good working order. I paid by credit card and received the receipt by email right away. Worth every penny, will definitely use Precision again!

I found out that my garage door had a defective spring and a shaking when it opened or closed by the opener. I looked online for a professional to help me repair the door. I was pleased to find out that this company, Precision Garage Door Service could come out the same day. When I received the phone call from Steve, the professional serviceman, I was surprised how quickly I was getting serviced. When Steve started the job, I was really impressed with his expertise and speed of work. I was so impressed with the job Steve did, I asked him to do the same to the other garage door.

Torsion spring broke on one of my doors - called Precision and was able to get an appointment the same day. Steve called before arriving and he was on time, professional, courteous and efficient! Spring was replaced and the door opener hooked back up and all adjusted within 30 min. Great service and reasonable prices!

I called Precision based on an ad in The Home News Tribune. Steve Posner arrived on time. He assessed my problem and made the adjustment quickly. He explained the cause of the issue to avoid future trouble. We then discussed the overall aging of the garage doors and general deterioration of the equipment. He patiently gave me affordable options to upgrade and I decided on replacing the entire set up. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I appreciated his honesty and good nature. I also was grateful for help in arranging financing through the administrative person on the phone. I look forward to the installation.
