I called precision because the belt had broken on my garage door. They came and charged me 98.00 plus tax The looked at my doors and wrote up an estimate for close to 3000 dollars. This is an outrageous amount. I told Steve that it was much more then I wanted to spend. The bill was itemized and everything was nickel and dimed. Ie. 20$ for light bulbs. Many things that I did not need. I called another company and I am very satisfied with the other company. I am angry with precision I lost over 100$ for nothing and I feel their company is a rip off. If you want to spend lots of money when you should use them otherwise call another company

This was my first time using Precision Garage Service. I needed my springs replaced and Precision was able to get to my house within a few hours of me calling. I can't say enough good things about the service tech "Steve" that showed up for the repairs. He was very knowledgeable & professional.
