Service techinician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was causing the problem and the repair needed to fix it. I called precision because the belt had broken on my garage door. They came and charged me 98.00 plus tax The looked at my doors and wrote up an estimate for close to 3000 dollars. This is an outrageous amount. I told Steve that it was much more then I wanted to spend. The bill was itemized and everything was nickel and dimed. Ie. 20$ for light bulbs. Many things that I did not need. I called another company and I am very satisfied with the other company. I am angry with precision I lost over 100$ for nothing and I feel their company is a rip off. If you want to spend lots of money when you should use them otherwise call another company
