My spare time is spent with my wife, friends, and family. I have a lot of love for animals and hope to be able to adopt a dog/dogs in the future.

Steve was great.. he understood and identified the issue with the garage door as soon as he assessed the operational problem. Beyond just resolving the issue, he took the time to explain why it had not been a problem until now and provided recommendation on the appropriate tools to use, along with the reasoning behind his suggestions. Overall, the service was excellent and I highly recommend.

Prompt and courteous service, done right! My garage door was vibrating when lowered and made a lot of squeaky noises. Steve came out the day I called and fixed all issues with replacement pulleys and cables.

5 STARS! MY DOOR WAS VERY INCONSITENT WITH OPENING EVEN AFTER NUMEROUS BATTERY CHANGES. I CALLED AN TAYLOR ANSWERED AND SENT STEVE OUT. HE WAS A TOTAL PRO AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN A MINUTE. My great experience with Precision Door began when I placed my call to set up an appointment. I was greeted by a courteous, helpful agent that got me an appointment for the following morning. Steve, my garage door specialist called me 15 minutes out, arrived on time & introduced himself upon arrival. He listened to me while I described the problem with our garage door opener, answered all of my questions, offered options & gave prices. He replaced parts, all of which he had in his truck. Steve was polite and professional. I highly recommend Precision Door.

I called around 8:30 in the morning. Steve showed up a few hours later. Couldn't believe the response time on a Saturday. Anyway , replaced the 4 springs and wire cables, really fast and and tested the safety stops. Well worth the it and and, very professional. The guy new his stuff. Thanks'

Steve Posner did an excellent job. I had purchased two garage door remotes and while trying to program them, they wiped out the programming in the opener mechanism, and the other remotes that had been working no longer worked. Steve reprogrammed (using the Learn button) my other remotes. I now have several working remotes. All along the process, Steve explained what happened and explained what he was doing. He gave excellent service.

Was in car to leave house. Drove out of garage into driveway and was having a problem closing door. Garage auto ceiling light kept flickering and door would not close. It took time to try to correct problem but couldn't so called Perri and Steve arrived a few hours later to check the problem. He spent only a few minutes to fix the problem. He told me one of the bottom steel brackets was out of line with the other bottom bracket on the other inner side of garage door not making the garage door to open or close correctly. Thanks to Steve and to Perri.
