Great experience from initial point of contact to end of install. Called 8pm and had an appoint for the next morning at which point the new unit was installed. Fast! The tech did a great job on the install and was very articulate in explaining the operation of the unit and accessories. Highly recommend!

They had replaced my garage door on 2018 and did a great job. I needed service when I needed service due to the recent rainstorms and lightening and stopped working. Scott was great... Explained everything to me (called when he was running late from an earlier appt).... The service what terrific! I will continue to use Precision when I have issues!

Thanks Steve for such a fantastic job! Totally professional: on-time, called me when he was on his way over, and walked me through different option to come up with the best solution for me. Steve came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door. He was professional. Unfortunately, he informed that the fee to come out and diagnose the issue was NOT included in the price of the repair. I have been a home owner x 38 years and have never heard of that. Whenever I have had any repairs done, the companies would put the initial fee toward the cost of the job. This turned me off about Precision Garage Doors. The service was costly enough—no need to bleed the customer! Not cool at all.
