The door designer Caitlin was punctual and very pleasant. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the warranties. On her tablet, Caitlin created exactly what we wanted. We had a few questions which she researched and answered within a few hours. We received the detailed estimates quickly. Caitlin is a pleasure to work with and an asset to Precision.

The sales representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I did advise her that I had gotten other quotes from other companies and wanted to know if they were able to beat the competition. Her response was that only a manager can decide that and left me with an outrageous quote. The sales rep never called the manager while being on site and requested me to send the quotes via email. Well, I guess I won’t be using this company.
