Steve: Just a quick note why I gave a rating of 5 stars: 1) I was very impressed when I call initally to schedule service and it was after 5:00pm, I spoke to you the owner! This was great. 2) I used you company before on our other garage door and was very satisfied with the service. 3) Damien and the trainee were very professional, knew what they were doing and were great to work with. They showed up on time and initially call me to tell me the time they would be ariving. Their work centered around repairing my garage door. Since you are dealing in a very competitive environment in your business, many businesses should learn from Precision how to treat customers to become and develop long term relationships. Thank you for a job well done. I would have no hesitation in using you again as well as recommending you to others.
