Jeff was very knowledgeable. Knew what to do as soon as he saw the problem. Everything he needed was in his truck and although he got started right away, he first had to move and re-position all the junk I have in my garage! I was so embarrassed but Jeff moved everything and put it back without a single complaint! He is a gentleman and an asset to your company!

Technician was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what the service installation involved. He worked quickly, efficiently and neatly, finishing the entire installation in about an hour. He showed me how to operate the garage door opener from the front key pad, sensor, and Homelink on my car. He answered all questions. He was polite and respectful of my property. All in all--a good experience.

Very professional and came the same day. Have not lived here long so actually picked them out because of their ad in the yellow pages. A little pricey, but work is guarenteed and sure they will come back if doors need any attention.
