A coworker recommended Precision to me and I can see why. When I call for appointment she was very helpful and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Our technician Joe call ahead of time to tell us he would be here within a half an hour. Our door is making noises he said it could last a little while longer. Nothing was dangerous. The door was still in good shape. The rollers, springs and the pulleys were old so we decide to replace them. He diagnosed the problem (broken cable), made a reasonable recommendation with accurate cost and performed the work timely and with high quality. He also addressed a noise in my other door, ultimately replacing the belt rail, which was covered under warranty...no questions asked. I needed a new keyless entry for my garage. I was asked over the phone what type of unit I have and was told that the technician would have on the truck. He came out and in three seconds he told me that he does not have anything compatible with unit. I was then charged 100.00 for that info that could have been done over the phone before he came out. I feel taken advantage of. This is not a reflection on the tech as he was nice.

I searched the internet for a garage door repair service and picked Precision based on their advertising and the amount of information they supplied about their personnel. The young lady who took my initial call really made everything simple. she set up my appointment, explained the initial service fee and how it would be deducted if the cost for repairs were above a certain amount and informed me that the repair person would call before they arrived. On the day of my appointment 6/7/2025 the technician (Joe Yazal) arrived on time after calling ahead to inform me he was coming. Joe was friendly, efficient and completed the needed repairs in a timely manner. I will call Precision again if I need repairs down the road.

Have used Precision in the past. Today was an excellent service visit. We needed a whole new unit. The technician Joe Yazal did an efficient job but he also walked us through the set up and even connected our Car remote to the Garage. I am a senior citizen and Joe explained each step of the new technology of the system. We even called him after he had left to verify our understanding of the motion light detector. Called in the morning, Joe arrived early afternoon. My garage door was malfunctioning and many of the parts of my garage door were worn. Once the garage door was fixed, I asked Joe to look at both of my doors and make safety recommendations. He spent time carefully considering what I needed and what was optional. Gave me a price that I could deal with and within 2 hours everything was completed. Now I have a bunch of new parts plus a system that is a lot safer than I started with. I am very satisfied with this franchise location. BTW I also got a thank you note from the owner, pretty cool!
