We had our doors for over 10 years and never had them serviced professionally. We called Precision because we needed someone to check the mechanics of the doors since one door was not functioning properly. Precision scheduled an appointment the following day to check it out and Damien, the tech, had to replace all the mechanical parts for us. We had both doors done and are very happy with the way they are now going up and down smoothly and quietly. Damien was great at explaining the products and doing the job quickly.
