Precision Garage Doors serviced my doors in my old house. When I moved to my current house, we had major issues with our garage doors. Called Precision to check out my garage door. Needed a spring and new bolt quoted me $985 for a whole new system. I paid $450 for a whole installation for a garage door opener originally from another company. Precision took a $105 service fee without doing anything for me at all. Stay away call a local garage door company. Could not believe the price they gave me unreal.

Sorry we could not help you in the repair of your door. We do charge a $99 service fee to come out and perform a 25 point inspection. We have a coupon that waives the service call if the repair is over $300. We also gave you multiple estimates to repair the parts on the door. $924 plus tax was the highest replacing all moving parts. You opted not to choose any of the estimates which also included a repair of $472 plus tax.

Bobby called me when enroute to my house when 20 minutes away. When arriving he inspected my garage door system. We discussed 3 different options and what must be replaced immediately. He did not try upsell me and actually educated me on what each part is made of and the anticipated life remaining. I elected to get a complete rebuild (Springs; Cables; Pulleys; Rollers; Misc. Hardware) which included a nice discount with a 10 year warranty. He was very quick and very neat in rebuilding my garage door system. He showed me everything that he replaced and then recycled the garage door showing me how nice the system worked. He assured me if there were any issues that I should call.
