Called Precision to check out my garage door. Needed a spring and new bolt quoted me $985 for a whole new system. I paid $450 for a whole installation for a garage door opener originally from another company. Precision took a $105 service fee without doing anything for me at all. Stay away call a local garage door company. Could not believe the price they gave me unreal.

Sorry we could not help you in the repair of your door. We do charge a $99 service fee to come out and perform a 25 point inspection. We have a coupon that waives the service call if the repair is over $300. We also gave you multiple estimates to repair the parts on the door. $924 plus tax was the highest replacing all moving parts. You opted not to choose any of the estimates which also included a repair of $472 plus tax.

the serviceman who came was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed what he could today and another serviceman is coming to fix with the parts he didn't have. Thank you!

Bobby called me when enroute to my house when 20 minutes away. When arriving he inspected my garage door system. We discussed 3 different options and what must be replaced immediately. He did not try upsell me and actually educated me on what each part is made of and the anticipated life remaining. I elected to get a complete rebuild (Springs; Cables; Pulleys; Rollers; Misc. Hardware) which included a nice discount with a 10 year warranty. He was very quick and very neat in rebuilding my garage door system. He showed me everything that he replaced and then recycled the garage door showing me how nice the system worked. He assured me if there were any issues that I should call. Precision had helped us in 2019 when we had an issue with our garage opener. They inspected, corrected the problem and also replaced the warm dash at the bottom of the door. Very professional. Currently we could not close the door and the motor sounded terrible. We called and received a quick response. Amazing Garage Door service Called on Friday of Memorial Day. Pleasant and helpful source answered! She was so helpful And reassuring.
