Reasonably priced. My original installer called out sick and I thought installation was going to be cancelled. Jess at the office was able to get another installer to do the job in the same time frame so that I could get to a doctor's appointment on time. The installer was great. He worked under very cold weather (wind chill in the 20s)! After he was done, he explained everything to me. He was extremely polite and cleaned up everything. You wouldn't know I had any work done. I would highly recommend this company! !

I found Precision Garage Door Service through a Valpac coupon. I was very impressed with their advertisement and special offers and so I called. Their answering operators were very efficient and set up an appointment the next day. My technician Steve Posner called me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived in a extremely nice Precision van on time land was very knowledgeable and solved not only my original problem but also fixed another repair. He was very courteous and did a great job. From start to finish, it was a five star experience! I highly recommend Precision!

Tom Bird was tech on the job.He was very considerate and very profesional.Had a difficult job to do with the existing cheapo contraption that came with the door originally.Had to reconfigure the spring attachment but all turned out well.Added all new cables and rollers to complete the job and adjusted existing opener. Works great!

I came home and try to open the door with the key pad and it doesn’t work. I was also told it has a app option I don’t have the link . I think the door is lovely and quiet then before .

I called Precision Door Service in the morning, they answered right away, and scheduled me for an appointment that very afternoon. Tom was my repairman and was super efficient and professional, but even more importantly, was really friendly and personable. I can't recommend this company enough!

2 thumbs up A+ Girl who made appointment was super friendly and helpful. Guy who came out the next day was super honest about what I needed...and saved me money. The guy who did the final installation (3 weeks ahead of schedule, BTW) was also friendly and efficient. Overall an A+ Job. Highly recommend

Steve was our technician as was prompt, professional and courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem and gave us several options to choose from to repair the problem. It is very likely we will be using Precision to do the repair.
