Saw your tutorial on YouTube and called for a very squeaky garage door. Didn't expect same day service and Rick came within the appointment window. He diagnosed and repaired two things that were causing the squeak and replaced an ineffective keypad. Price was very reasonable which was told to me before any work was performed and he was finished in an hour and half. Will definitely recommend Precision and use them again!

Hi was not happy with service call. Asked tech to add a screw to garage door and he refused...also asked him to tighten top wood base bracket and he also refused, all the time trying to selll me a new system and telling me how"bad" my current unit is. Would not recommend again... $94.00+ for 30 seconds of work to adjust the eye that still didnt work well.

I called Precision Door this morning around 9 - it was around 9 degrees .... mainly to make an appointment for a repair. But I was pleasantly surprised to have someone at my home by the way 11:30! I did feel bad since it was so cold but “Jim” figured out what was the problem and replaced a cable. He was extremely pleasant and I told him I felt bad since the temp was crazy. He just smiled and said “that’s okay, that’s what we do!” So thank you Jim and Precision Door for getting my garage door operating correctly so fast! Very much appreciated.

My service technician Brian provided excellent service. He listened as I described the problem I had encountered but was no longer happening. Due to his thourougness, he did find and resolve the cause of the problem. I highly recommend Precision Door Service as the quality of service and professionalism exist from the time the call is answered through resolution of the problem. EXCELLENT customer service both on phone and in person. Arrived as scheduled and did a wonderful job. Cody could not have been nicer and informative as to what he had to do. He explained it very clearly. Job was done and it was perfect and quick. I would highly recommend this company as well as Cody who represented it in a pleasant manner.

We were referred by a friend and needed repairs to double garage. Very professional, polite and did a great job. Also used coupon from Valpak waiving service fee. I was turned off by having service fee and not being able to receive an estimate ahead of work being done but coupon then urged me to call so your advertising paid off.

Brandon, was very polite, on time and thorough with the explanation of the issue. Spring snapped in half and needed to be replaced along with a bolt/nut. Was a little pricey, but door is working wonderfully and I have a 5 year warranty.

This whole process went smoother than I could have ever imagine. Kevin called to tell me he was on his way, which is not normal in today's world. He came and I asked a few questions which he was happy to answer. A few hours later the job was done and you didn't not know he was there. All the old parts were gone. This is one top notch company. The entire garage door system was replaced. Door, Springs, railings and the door opener. Thank you big time.

Steve, first let me say I chose Precision because I noticed some of my clients had used Precision. I am very happy with your service people, the professionalism and ontime service. We also thought we liked the door and opener installed in Jan 2019. Unfortunately, it has been serviced two times already...first the one part had broken thru the wallboard and Tony replaced and all seemed good. this weekend a terrible noise and door would not open then did but would not move. House now cannot be secured. It was Sunday but husband was leaving for work and I had to also leave, but I did not and waited for serviceman. Again lovely man, Dave, but we had to pay a service charge of $200. This for a 6 mos old garage door seems ludicrous. I realize it is Sunday, but realtors work on Sunday. Dave asked if there had been a power shutoff. Last week we had one for 2 hours on my street. But the door has been working 5 days and we go in and out. The motor recognized the change over all those days, no? Dave had to reset it and said if it had not been a sunday, there would be no charge. All of this does not make sense to me but if this will occur each time there is a power loss.........even 2 weeks later, that should probably be a disclosure in your instructions given to customers. we were happy initially , we thought and I did give a great review. I am disappointed now and honestly don't know what I will do in future. When clients ask us for various recommendations, they tell us if they are unhappy. Again we are happy with your servicemen but frankly would not have to see them so frequently. 2x in 6 mos is frightening.Our last door lasted over 20 years. I do plan on writing Liftmaster, maybe it is their products fault.
