I bought my condo five years ago and everything in it is sixteen years old -- in the past year I've replaced my water heater, HVAC and now my entire garage door system. I couldn't be happier with the work that Precision did and I paid a very fair price, too. It's great that the rise and fall of my garage door no longer sounds like the harbinger of The Apocolypse! And I'll bet that my neighbors are mighty pleased, too. Thanks, Precision! 8)

HiSteve, Had a problem with my garage door on Monday (10/08/12), I placed a call to Precision & spoke with Shannon. She scheduled a visit for a tech to come to my home that same day. Tech arrived at the time frame that was scheduled. The Techs name was Richie R. After reviewing my problem Richie explained some options and was very professional. The next day Tuesday (10/09/12) the Tech (Tim) arrived on time and installed the doors, Tim was very well organized and was very neat and also answered all my questions even after he explained the functions of the operation of the door and the remotes. I called Precision as a result of coupons I received in the mail. At this point I'm very pleased with Precision. Frank Traina
