Technician arrived within the 4-hr schedule window indicated by customer service. Damien was courteous and efficient. He completed the repair work (tension spring replacement x2) in under a half hour. Parts are pricey but service is very good.

I was very happy with the work your tech did - he came out on Dec 31 when everyone else was taking the day off, and fixed the door in about an hour. He showed me the problem that caused the door failure, and answered all of my questions. He was polite and made an effort to avoid tracking dirt into the house (much appreciated). When it comes time to replace the door, you guys will be high on my list. Apologies for not knowing his name - he did introduce himself and was friendly, but it's been a busy week.
