Saturday around 5:30 p.m. we heard a loud noise that sounded like someone ran into our 2 car garage door. But no, the cable and huge spring had busted. We could not open the two car garage door manually and our cars were stuck inside. I went online, looked up garage door services and chose Precision. We called the 24/7 number, which was answered right away. Sunday morning at 9 a.m. the repair man showed up and an hour later we had lift off of the garage door. There was an extra fee for the service guy to come out on Sunday, but it was worth it to be able to get our cars out of the garage.
