I had service to my garage door on 12/30/09. The technician sent was Jeff. He found the problem immediately and explained what had to be done and that the part had to be ordered and how long it would take. The part came in and an appointment was set up for 1/14/10. Jeff arrived and did an excellent job explaining and reprograming the remotes. He was extremely knowledgable, efficient and courteous. In my opinion of people who serviced my problems in my home throughout the years, he proved to be one of the best. I felt I needed to tell you how great Jeff is and that he does his job well. I have 3 brothers who live in Brick & Point Pleasant and I will recommend your company to them.

I got a good feeling from the first phone call--a person answered the phone, not a machine. The technician showed up at my door on time. He appraised the situation and explained why the garage door opener had to be replaced. He had the right equipment on his truck; no need to get supplies and return later. He even tidied up when he was done. The new opener works fine and is much quieter than the old one. Thanks

I am writing to praise one of your employees, Damien Baldwin. I have lived at this address from 1973 and this heavy wooden garage door has NEVER worked right. I've had numerous "garage door people" into fix this thing, but it's always "snapped cables" and a "wobbly door" and I was ready to give up this time. I followed one of your trucks recently and made a mental note to remember this company. In 2007, I had a new Liftmaster opener installed with cables, springs, etc and here I am 8/31/2009 with a broken spring, snapped cables, and a new 2010 Toyota Camry sitting in between this mess. So, I found your ad in the Princeton phone book and got an appointment same day and Damien arrived at 11am! He asked me a few questions and I got a lot of answers! The springs were not for this door, the new opener did "triple duty" and the rollers were SHOT, but the wood garage door's in great shape! He explained "the rebuild" and price. In ten minutes the deal was inked. The garage door opened and the car was out of the garage. He was finished within an hour and that included signature and credit card payment. Damien was a really nice guy, very professional and certainly "knew his stuff". If most of your employees are like Damien, you'll be in business a long, LONG time. So "kudos" to Damien and Precision Doors!

A short while ago I called Precision to have our garage door apparatus looked at. (The rails, springs, pulley etc.) An appointment was scheduled and a gentleman by the name of Rick appeared at our house right within the time frame. He was pleasant, had a great sense of humor, seemed extremely knowledgeable to us lay people and fixed whatever was wrong right on the spot. We didn't shop around but felt the price was fair. I had to go on an errand before the repair took place but my husband said that everything was taken care of and as of this writing everything is working A OK. During my husband's conversation with Rick, he mentioned that our son, Barry is in need of a new garage door. Today I gave my daughter-in-law, Krista, your phone number and hopefully within a very short time they too will be happy with the attention and expertise that Precision has to offer. In my job as a Consumer Protection Investigator, I handle so many complaints that consumers have with the business world and I would just like to commend you on a "JOB WELL DONE" in a most professional and friendly manner.
