Side track bent. Called for service. Brain came out and replaced track. He replaced the bad track and noticed top panel had some creases. He also ordered a new panel. Brain handled himself very professionally. Door was in warranty and there was no charge. We are pleased!!

Talking with the person booking the appointment I was not told that was an additional fee and thought I was paying $90 less.
