The technician was excellent. He came within the scheduled time window and completed the repair quickly, cleanly and correctly. I would definitely call them again. But, you pay for it. The repair cost double what I paid for the same repair 7 years ago. I’d expect it to cost more 7 years later and I don’t mind paying more for fast reliable service with a warranty, but double seems a bit much. Price is the only reason I knocked off a star. If you don’t mind paying premium for piece of mind, they are worth it.

Great service! A friend used Precision & recommended them. When l called l got an appointment for the next day. Tom Bird, the technician, was friendly & explained what needed to be done to fix my garage door. He explained my options clearly & thoroughly. The repair took approximately an hour. When l asked him to check my other door (that was working) for any potential problems he did with no extra charge. He lubricated the door & explained where potential problems were. I felt that he was honest & not looking to up sell me on unnecessary services. My repairs even have a 10 year warranty!! It was a pleasure doing business with Precision Garage Doors. I definitely recommend them!! Thank you Tom & Precision!!

Don was very friendly and did a good job with the service call. Would be a better service from the company in 2020 to have the technology to show visually what the projected doors could look like by taking photos of the current and using the software to show what the future can be. In today’s environment what distinguishes a company is the ability to be savvy and not behind major competitors. My other two quotes gave me the proposed look within minutes and even before they left. I wanted this to be constructive and not critical. You need to upgrade your technology
