HiSteve, Had a problem with my garage door on Monday (10/08/12), I placed a call to Precision & spoke with Shannon. She scheduled a visit for a tech to come to my home that same day. Tech arrived at the time frame that was scheduled. The Techs name was Richie R. After reviewing my problem Richie explained some options and was very professional. The next day Tuesday (10/09/12) the Tech (Tim) arrived on time and installed the doors, Tim was very well organized and was very neat and also answered all my questions even after he explained the functions of the operation of the door and the remotes.
